Bryson McCarley

Our resident world traveler, Jen is a graduate of MTSU and is licensed in Auto, Home, Life and Health. Jen has been with Bryson’s office for four years and is the office Head Cheerleader and Pom-pom Shaker. She is our Business Development and Marketing Director and assists policy holders with Commercial and Life Insurance as well as manages our community engagement. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her waiting in line to pick up her daughter from various sports or riding a bleacher cheering her on. Jen is an avid traveler (ask her how many languages she speaks) and reader and is passionate about helping people in our community. Jen also heads up our Be the Good Neighbor Program and is passionate to making our community a better place!

A native of North Carolina, Kara attended North Carolina State University and is licensed in Auto, Home, Life and Health. She is a positive energy and welcomes everyone with a warm smile and a friendly face. Kara loves working with and getting to know people and loves working with first time home buyers. When she’s not working, you can find her nesting in her (first!) new home, hanging out with friends and family and taking care of her two fur babies. Kara is also our resident Spanish speaker and is an awesome person to have at Karaoke Night!

A native Jersey Girl, Trish is our office chanteuse and our ultimate problem solver. Trish is licensed in Auto, Home, Life and Health and run the service side of our Agency. She tackles billing, claims and is always there to lend a helping hand whenever our policy holders have questions. Trish is known in our office as the 'Deep Diver' and excels at handling complex challenges with a smile. When she’s not at work, you can find her on stage with a mic in her hand, writing her next big hit or walking her two fur babies, Miracle Grace and Ella.

A local of Gallatin, TN, Alexis is licensed in Auto and Home and writes auto and home policies for our policy holders. Alexis has been with State Farm for three years and also loves helping policy holders with service issues and claims. When she's not at work, Alexis loves spending time with her family, shopping, and working part time on weekends as a bail bondsman..

A TN native, Julie is our amazing and fearless Office Manager. She brings over eleven years of experience with State Farm and is licensed in Auto, Home, Life and Health. Julie writes business for policy holders in TN, GA, KY and MS and enjoys helping customers to better understand their insurance needs and striving to provide great customer service. You can always recognize her by her sweet, Southern drawl and all her bling! When she’s not working, you will find her at her pool or watching the newest scary movie that’s come out with her family or snuggling up to her first gorgeous grandbaby.
